Open the iOS Settings app, find LashMuse, and allow Camera access.

2. I cannot access my photos.

Open the iOS Settings app, find LashMuse, and allow photo access.

3. My saved image looks low resolution or has a watermark.

Free export may be low resolution and may include a watermark. Pro unlocks HD export and watermark-free export.

4. I already purchased Pro. How do I restore it?

Open the upgrade or paywall flow in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

5. The app could not analyze my photo.

For best results, use a clear front-facing photo with both eyes visible and good lighting.
